Packing and shipping
When we receive your order, we check to make sure that all the items are available and then pick them from our warehouse located in Stoke-on-Trent. They're securely packed in a sturdy carton and we'll ship them to you using Royal Mail and they should be delivered in a reasonable time, 2-3 working days.

What if an item is not available?
We try very carefully to ensure that all items that you place into your shopping cart are available to ship to you. However, if an item goes out of stock we will call you or send you an email to ask what you wish us to do. We will be happy to refund you the value of the item that we can't ship to you, or depending on the item, we could hold that part of your order for later despatch when we have further stock.

What happens after you place an order with us?

When you complete your purchase, you'll be given an order number, it's a good idea to note it down.                           It will look like this->

We will send you a confirmation email immediately. You should receive it immediately too. However, we have found that some email systems can 'hold onto' emails for a while before delivering them. If you don't receive an email from us in a reasonable time, say within a couple of hours, then please call us to check that your order has been received. We'll need to know your order number.

If there's a problem, it may be something as simple as a typo in your email address or a glitch on the internet.
