Adding items to your shopping cart In the Collection page you will see a Buy button located next to each product. Clicking one of these will add that item to to your order and we will show you the contents of your shopping cart which will list all the things you currently have in your cart.
If you want more than one of an item...
When you click on an Add to cart icon, the quantity is always set to 1, if you want more than one of an item, click in the quantity box in the shopping cart, enter the quantity you require and press enter or click the 'Update Cart' button. The cost of that item and your order will be recalculated automatically. If you want to reduce the quantity... Likewise if you wish to reduce the quantity of a product in your shopping cart, then click in the quantity box, enter the number you now need and press enter or click the 'Update Cart' button Maximum order value To combat fraud, we have set the maximum order value at £150.00 (including tax and shipping), if you find that this affects your order, please call us on 01923 505240 and we'll be happy to help you. Removing items from your shopping cart If you wish to remove an item from your cart click the 'delete item' icon which looks like this next to the item you wish to remove. You can remove all items from your cart if you wish to. View the contents of your shopping cart You can at any point view the contents of your cart by clicking any of the 'VIEW CART' links in our catalogue.

Delivery method
Before you can go to the checkout and pay for your items, you need to select a delivery method which is located next to the totals information and looks like this. Once you have selected a delivery method, click the CHECKOUT button ![]()

In order to pay for your items you must go to the checkout which you can do by clicking on any 'View Cart' or 'Go to Checkout' link.
The checkout process The checkout process is quite straight forward, we need to know where to deliver your items to and who's going to pay for them.
Email address
Firstly we need to know your email address, this is how we send the confirmation of your order to you. Please be careful typing your email address. If you don't have an email address Unfortunately you can't order from us using the internet but don't worry, please call our order hotline during business hours (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm) and we'll be happy to help you. Are you ordering from us for the first time?
If you are, then enter your email address and make sure the option 'I am a new customer' is selected. Now click the 'Continue with Checkout' button ![]()
Have you bought from us before? - You're a returning customer!
Nice to have you back. Enter your email address and password and make sure the option 'I am a returning customer...' is selected, then click the 'Continue...' button. ![]()
I forgot my password what should I do?
Don't worry, click the 'Forgotten your password...' link as shown above (right) and in the next screen you can enter your email address and we'll email your password back to you straight away. If you can't remember which email address you used last time because you changed it or have several addresses, you should act as though you are new customer again. ![]()

We need details of where to deliver your goods to and who is going to pay for them. These don't have to be the same place. New customer? If you are a new customer, you need to enter a password so that next time you visit us, you don't need to enter your address details. From time to time Michelin and selected third parties may have products or special offers that may be of interest to you. We want to make sure we abide by your wishes and need you to choose whether you want us to contact you. You need to select either Yes or No for each of the types of contact we offer. If you select Yes for further contact and we mail you, then you will be given an opportunity to opt out from further contact each time we mail you. Each time you buy from us, you will be given these choices and we will always abide by the latest choices you make - so you can change your mind next time if you wish.

PAYING ONLINE WITH YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
Paying by credit or debit card online
Once you click the Sagepay button, you will be transferred to our secure credit card processing service where you will complete the transaction. How do you know our credit card payment service is secure? In three ways. 1. You should see somewhere in your browser a small padlock icon like this 2. In the address bar, you should see the address starting with https:// the 's' means secure. 3. We never have access to your credit card details even if we do a refund. Your details are only known by you and the credit card processing company which is one of the market leaders based in the UK. Your details are always stored securely. Find our more about our payment service provider here. Choose which type of credit or debit card you wish to use. Click on one of the icons. If you are unsure which type of Visa card is applicable to you, have a look on your card for the same type of logo. Enter your details You will now be asked for your credit or debit card details which should be entered in the appropriate boxes. The form has help links or hints next to each of the fields. When you have completed your entries take a few seconds to review them to be certain you've not made any mistakes. Click the proceed button (bottom right) if you are happy with the details. If you do make a mistake, don't worry, you will get a warning message asking you to re-enter the appropriate details. If you want to change your mind about anything, you can click the 'Back' button (bottom left) and you will go back one step. Checking your credit card details After you click the Proceed button, numerous checks are made on the details you entered and you will go to a final confirmation screen. If you are happy to confirm the transaction, click the Proceed button. We will now check with your credit or debit card issuer that you have funds or an appropriate credit limit to complete the transaction. This may take a few moments. When does my credit or debit card actually get charged? When you order from us, our credit card processing service processes your order early the following morning (at approx 02:30) so your statement will show the transaction as being on the day after your order was placed. from us.

Once the transaction is complete we will display an order confirmation screen which will detail your order number which you should make a note of. We will also send you a confirmation email.
